I am based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, right in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds. But don't let distance put you off, I am prepared to travel throughout the county and also into Oxfordshire, Wiltshire or Warwickshire. In fact, I can offer my services throughout the whole of the UK, Ireland and the USA.
Trained by the UK School of Professional Toastmasters and by the Fellowship of Independent Celebrants I bring knowledge and support to ensure your function runs smoothly.
Thirty years experience of hospitality and retail management has given me an invaluable base of service skills. From dealing with the most difficult of suppliers to the most demanding of clients, from business lunches to product launches, weddings to wakes each is dealt with in their own way but always with courtesy, attention to detail and an appropriate sense of humour. Over three decades treading the boards with the South Cerney Players has trained me in writing, adapting and delivering scripts so you can be sure that your event will be constructed however you want it.

Phil is so much more than a toast master. He pretty much ran our wedding day, taking all the stress away from us. He meeted & greeted guests, directed guests to where they needed to be, had a list of requested photos & had the correct guests to be photo'd at the right time, announced not only us but also our parents to our guests for the wedding breakfast, introduced speakers, announced our first dance & generally made our day flow. SO MUCH MORE THAN A TOAST MASTER.

Phil was our toastmaster ten years ago when he started out on his toastmaster journey. Even then he showed a flair for the job and was adored by every one of our 300 guests who he kept in order throughout the day, we cannot recommend him more highly!

Phil was an amazing part of our wedding day. He met with me to discuss our ideas before, he helped put all the ideas we had into a plan. He was prompt with his email confirmations & added in all the extras I kept adding On the day Phil's help meant the best men could relax, the groom was free to mingle & everything ran perfectly. He liaised with the caterers when the speeches over ran & was generally epic! If you are looking for a magic element for your wedding day BOOK him!!!

We renewed our vows on Saturday and Phil took the whole service. He was totally amazing, the ceremony was so personal to us and our family, it had the serious side, but was so relaxing and informal, just how we wanted it to be. Phil then looked after us all day, anything that needed sorting He was on the case! It was such a reassurance he was there, so we could relax and enjoy the day. He's so professional, caring and great fun to have around. We thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for Saturday.
